Rental

The Marnix has its own clubhouse and this is located in the "Broekpolder". This nature reserve in Vlaardingen is a fantastic location to be able to carry out your activities next to our building there is space to park car, bicycles and or other means of transport.

Building

The Marnix has had a new clubhouse in Vlaardingen since 2021. This is located right next to the Broekpolder. Our building consists of 2 floors and 4 rooms (of which both rooms can be combined on the upper floor)

Our building has separate sanitary facilities, separate showers, disabled toilet and facilities. On the upper floor, a kitchen has been placed that provides all the conveniences, so think of a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and microwave/oven.

Rental

Our clubhouse can be rented for Scouting groups, schools, meetings and similar activities. We do not rent our clubhouse for parties and gatherings.

We do not rent our clubhouse during our own gatherings on Saturdays from 9:00 to 17:00. If you want to rent the entire weekend, that is possible, but that means that you have to be out of the clubhouse on Saturdays from 9:00 to 17:00. You have to tidy up your belongings and you can store them in a lockable space in the clubhouse.

Energy, Gas, Water and Internet

The costs of Energy, Gas, Water and Internet are included in the rent. Only in case of excessive use the tenant will be charged extra. Usage is settled on the basis of average use during a week.

Rental calendar

If you want to know if the clubhouse is available at a certain time, check our rental calendar directly. If it is already rented, or there are weekends of our own components, then no rental is possible.
